Alison was truly professional in the sale of my home. It was a slow time in the real estate market with interest rates climbing often. We were “pending” then we weren’t. It was a difficult time, but Alison managed the sale very well so that ultimately the buyer was happy with their purchase of the home. Alison did so many extra things to increase my home’s ability to be competitive in the shaky marketplace. It took a bit longer than we would have preferred but Alison never gave up hope, and she was very supportive throughout the entire process from listing to closing. Alison has helped each of us, my 2 brothers and I, find our first homes. Working with her is like working with a close friend. She is SO detail oriented at each showing (and there were MANY). She truly doesn't want her clients to settle unless you are 110% happy and ready to put in an offer.
